How much does it cost?
With Zoborg, we ask you to name YOUR price. If we feel we can do it for this price, we will let you know, and if we feel it would take us too long to develop customized productivity tools for your business, we will try to compromise by giving you our minimum costs to complete the task.

How long does it take to complete?
For our basic service, we aim for a turnaround of 3 weeks. With our premium service, we guarantee to have it completed in one week.

What do I get for my money?
That depends completely on the task at hand and what you want to do with it. If you have a one-off data entry task, we may provide you with the completed data entry. If the task is something that needs to be done regularly, we will provide you with a working program that you can load onto your computer and instructions on how to use it.

What if I want some changes made to the program you have provided?
Before we commence work, we will ask you to agree that we have understood your requirements correctly. If during the project you feel there is something you have missed, we ask you to contact us as early as possible. While we try to be flexible, additional requirements may occasion a pricing review. If there are any changes requested after completion, you will need to submit another request to us. However, the cost of adapting an existing program is much lower than starting from scratch.

I am worried about viruses. What do you do to protect me from them?
We as IT professionals are committed to provide virus-free software. We use only the most up-to-date virus scanners and always ensure that our software is 100% free from viruses. However, we would always recommend that you have up-to-date virus protection at all times on your computer.

What about ad/malware?

What are the payment options?

Do you include VAT on the prices submitted?
No, the price you are willing to pay is the price before VAT. We will add the VAT to your invoice (which of course you can claim back if you are VAT-registered).
